Ordering/Privacy Policy
All prices, materials, color, design, contents included with a product, and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Some product images are for representation purposes only and may not be the actual product. Some product images may be shown with optional items that are sold separately. Depending on the product(s) ordered and the destination of the order, certain shipping services may not be available.
All information gathered by Leaf Racing L.L.C. through your order is kept strictly confidential and will not be distributed to any company or individual. The information will be used only to make sure that your order is processed correctly and shipped in the timeliest manner. All orders from our website are done on secure servers and may be placed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
ORDERS DONE VIA CREDIT CARD MUST BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD. Tax is added for customers within the state of Hawaii.
Normal shipping is done by UPS Ground (for certain locations, 2nd Day Delivery is required). If you need faster service, please call or e-mail in advance for availability and rush shipment options. All parts in stock will be shipped the same or the next day. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery if an item is out of stock. If a part is on backorder, you will be notified of the manufacturer's approximate lead time. All shipping charges will be displayed in the shopping cart total. This includes handling, packaging and insured shipping to your door.
WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY:
NO RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER): PLEASE CALL BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS
Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of merchandise with no exception. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, mounted, scratched or defaced will be allowed. RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be obtained before any returns can be made. We will not accept any returns without this number. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the returning package and tag the items inside with customer name and the RMA Number. All returns must be received by Leaf Racing L.L.C. within 10 calendar days after the RMA Number has been issued. The Return Merchandise Authorization number does not imply a replacement of refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A photo copy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with a written explanation and a contact phone number where we may be able to reach you. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correct size and application of the parts before installation. ALL AUTHORIZED RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 30% RE-STOCKING FEE (SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE).
It is also the customer’s responsibility to repack the item(s) that are being returned and make sure that it is properly and securely packed with sufficient packaging material to prevent the item from being damaged. We cannot give credit or refund on a returned package that got damaged due to insufficient packing. All hardware and accessories included in the original package needs to be returned or the customer will be charged. All returned items need to be insured (in case of lost or damaged) and we recommend the customer to get a tracking number to track the shipment.
NO RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS ON SPECIAL ORDER OR CUSTOM ORDER PRODUCTS.
No warranty whatsoever will be given if the defect was caused by customers’ abuse, negligence, mishandling or improper installation. All merchandise sold by Leaf Racing LLC is only subject to manufacturer warranty, if any. There are no refunds or exchanges allowed for opened electronic components (unless defective). All warranty items are subject to submission to the manufacturers for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of merchandise.
Items sold by Leaf Racing L.L.C. may not be legal for street use. It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with applicable state laws. Buyer understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State safety crash guidelines, Leaf Racing L.L.C. is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injuries incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment, or act of nature/God. All products are intended for off-highway uses only, and should be used for their intended purposes only. Leaf Racing L.L.C. does not take responsibility over buyer installation, modification, and unusual stress of the products. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for determining the suitability of the products. Leaf Racing L.L.C. is not responsible for any damages incurred either directly or indirectly on the vehicles or operators/passengers within the vehicles.
Installation:
All products require professional installation. Buyer understands that some products may require modifications for correct fitment. Minor adjustments may be necessary as part of the normal installation process. All hoods require hood pins for safety reasons. All carbon fiber products will not sustain any force or weight, for they could be cracked by such force or weight. Some professional prepping may be necessary for an ideal fit. The buyer needs to perform these steps to his/her satisfaction before installation. If the buyer wishes to paint any aero body products, he or she must pre-fit the parts to the vehicle before painting to ensure proper fit. There are absolutely no returns on painted products.
All products require professional installation. Minor adjustments might be necessary. These are normal body work and installation steps for all body components. Therefore it is NOT considered to be defective. In addition, most carbon fiber products are hand-crafted, and no two items will be identical. Small imperfections such as wavy weaves, small bubbles, and clear coat blemishes are inevitable. Pictures are required to demonstrate true defects on products prior to return. See below for information on our return policy.
Shortage/Damaged Shipment/Discrepancies
All merchandise are packed carefully and correctly utilizing a triple check method before it leaves for delivery. Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and packing material for carrier inspection. Leaf Racing L.L.C. will not initiate any claims with the carrier. Claims for shortage of items or discrepancies must be made within 48 hours after receipt of merchandise. Claims of damaged shipments must be made by the customer with the carrier. Please report all shipping damages to the carrier immediately.
Check all local and federal laws before ordering. Many after-market components are made for off-road use only and may also void your automobile manufacturer's warrantee. This is the standard among the automotive aftermarket industry.
By submitting the order, customers hereby acknowledge and agree to be abided the above “Terms and Conditions” of Leaf Racing LLC.
It is the customer’s responsibility to retain all invoices for their record and warranty claims.
